Summary: By using SynchIntro, you agree to these terms. You own your content, but grant us license to operate the service. AI outputs should be reviewed before use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SynchIntro, operated by PathSynch Labs, LLC ("PathSynch," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SynchIntro is a web-based platform that enables users to create, generate, edit, collaborate on, and share sales pitches, presentations, pitch decks, and related content using automation and artificial intelligence tools (the "Service").
We may modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SynchIntro for business purposes. By using the Service, you represent that:
- You meet the minimum age requirement
- You have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
4. Accounts and Security
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.
5. User Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit to the Service ("User Content"), including business information, pitch content, and customizations.
5.2 License to PathSynch
By using the Service, you grant PathSynch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, analyze, modify, reproduce, and display User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.
This includes using User Content to:
- Generate and deliver your requested outputs
- Improve AI models (in aggregated or anonymized form only)
- Provide analytics, previews, and sharing features
- Enable collaboration and export functionality
5.3 Confidential Information
We understand that your pitch content may contain confidential business information. We will not share your identifiable User Content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
6. AI-Generated Content
Important: AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use in sales, marketing, or business activities
- AI outputs may contain errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information
- You agree not to rely on AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Generate false, misleading, defamatory, or deceptive content
- Create content that promotes illegal activities or harm
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
8. Payments and Subscriptions
- Some features require paid subscriptions
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
- We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
9. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, branding, logos, documentation, and proprietary features are owned by PathSynch Labs, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Service
- You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time through Settings
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHSYNCH LABS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PathSynch Labs, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PathSynch regarding the Service
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
